We record down their weight when check in to monitor their health

We check their poops condition, size and amount to you daily.

Rabbit / Guinea Pig / Chinchilla / Hotel T&C:

  • Our rabbit / guinea pig / chinchilla / hedgehog small animal hotel business hours: Mon-Fri: 10 am-7 pm, Sat-Sun: 9 am-7 pm. The earliest check-in is 15 minutes after we open, and the latest check-out is 15 minutes before we close.

  • Check-out later than 7 pm from our rabbit pet hotel will be automatically extended to the next day with added staying fee.

  •  Your pet must not have any signs of illness, injury, or violence.

  • We do not accept pets with flea, tick, or mite problems at our rabbit pet hotel. If you are not sure your pet has the problem, before making your 50% deposit payment, you are suggested to bring your pet to your nearby vet for checking. Or you can get to us one week before check-in for checking, without an extra charge applied. After confirming your pet does not has the problem, it is recommended to be treated with the Revolution spot-on before check-in. It gives one-month protection. You can have it done by your vet or us at your expense on the product.

  • We would invite the owner to carry your fur kid in and out of the small animal hotel room during check-in and check-out to ensure the highest safety.

  • YOUNG BABY?
    Boarding or grooming before fully 6 months old for rabbit/ guinea pig has the risk of falling sick as their health conditions are not stable yet and do not have complete immune system. Please wait after 6 months old then only do the booking.

What to bring for pet hotel?

  1. ➡️Food is not included in the boarding fee. Please bring your own food (pellet, hay, snack) or you may buy here and we feed according to your advice. We feed twice a day, around 10am and 6pm.
  2. ➡️Bedding is not included in the boarding fee. We will open one bag of it at your cost if you do not bring yours.
  3. ➡️If your pet is toilet trained, please bring your own toilet tray. To create a familiar environment, you may bring your own bowls, chewing stuff, and hiding toy. 
  4. ➡️Please bring your carrier home after check-in.
