If you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 14 days of the order date and issue a full refund.

All we ask is that the product is...

  • not used
  • in the same condition you received it
  • in the original box and / or packaging

We value your shopping experience on top of everything else, that's why we also accept exchange (for item of equal or lesser value) if the item does not live up to your expectation or any other reasons beyond our wildest imagination.

However, this does not apply to all food items, sales items or clearance items in which there will be neither refund nor return entitled for these items. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.

Important: Do take note that most of our good box (especially electrical products) will be opened for inspection & checking before shipment. Therefore, please do not be alarmed should you find the box condition is tempered, it is because we hope the item is in good condition before it is being sent to you.

What you need to do to request a return?

STEP 1: Do not open or use the product.

STEP 2: Keep the Courier slips

STEP 3: Write an email to us at within 14 days from the day order is received. (Your courier slip will be your evidence) And please include the following details in the email:

  • Order No:
  • Your Contact No:
  • Product to return or exchange:  (You can even attach a photo of the product, but please make sure it is clear)
  • Reason for return or exchange:  (For exchange, please let us know which item you wish to exchange for)

STEP 4: Wait for our reply. Normally it will take us about 2 to 3 working days to process your request. In our reply, we will explain to you further on how you can return the product to us.

STEP 5: Return the product to us. In most cases, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, ALL at our expense.

STEP 6: Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and we will contact you to arrange for the refund.

Just don't forget that before you ship anything back to us, please email first so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.
