We provide professional pet grooming service, done by our certified pet groomers, in a clean and safe environment.
BASIC GROOMING:
Bath and blow dry, nail trimming, ear hair removal, ear cleaning, hair shaving at paws, anal, and stomach area, hair trimming at eyes and legs, and anal gland cleaning are all included. These are the basics of dog care. The dog grooming service may differ slightly depending on the dog breed. It is recommended that you schedule a basic dog grooming every 1 to 2 weeks.
The importance of nails trimming, paw hair shaving, belly hair trimming, ears cleaning can be referred to our dog care tutorials.
FULL GROOMING:
This dog grooming service is inclusive of all the services in Basic Grooming, plus the body hair scissoring or shaving. This can be done every 1 - 3 months, depending on how well the owner prefers to maintain the outlook.Not all dogs need full grooming. Dog breeds with coats continually grow will need full grooming, these include Poodle, Schnauzer, Shih Tzu, Pekingese, Maltese, Silky Terrier or Yorkshire Terrier.
However, for aesthetic purposes or ease of maintenance, some owners may want a hair cutting or shaving for Pomeranian, Corgi, Golden Retriever, Chihuahua, Dachshund, Sheetland Sheepdog, and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel too.

SPA TREATMENT:
Add spa treatment to your basic or full dog grooming! Beautiful skin & coat start with our ultimate grooming package. Shine your fur kids from head to toe:
1. 50-MICRON TREATMENT
Add-on RM60
2. 50-MICRON + KOREA COAT TREATMENT
Add-on RM60 + RM18 (varies by breed)
3. 260-MICRON TREATMENT
Add-on RM105
DOG ANESTHESIA FREE DENTAL SCALING
Up to 80% of all dogs have some level of dental disease by age 2. The common problems are bad breath and visible plaque. "Non-anesthesia dental scaling" consists of scraping the surface of the tooth with dental instruments to remove the plaque and tartar without anesthesia.
PET MASSAGE
Pet massage promotes blood circulation throughout the body and increases the positive hormones endorphins to encourage relaxation. This can reduce the feelings of anxiety and nervousness of grooming.
PICK UP SERVICE:
We provide monthly pickup to grooming package subscriber to our nearby residential areas. Please let us know your location and we would advise you the transportation fee.
FLEA, MITE, LICE?
We do not accept pets with tick/ flea/ mite/ lice for grooming. We can do a checking for you to see if they have the problem and treatment advice will be given. Once get rid of it, then only we will proceed to the grooming in future, as it can be easily passed to other's pets. Please let us know frankly when sending your furkid for grooming. If tick is found on pet's body after proceed to groom, penalty will be charged to disinfect our environment.
AGGRESSIVE?
Aggressive dog above 10kg is not accepted.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
De-matting/ de-shedding fee of RM10 - RM50 will be imposed if in bad condition.
SENSITIVE SKIN?
Please let us know if your pet has sensitive skin, if medicated shampoo is required. Shaving on paws, stomach, and buttock area will be adjusted if required to prevent the trigger of sensitive reaction.
YOUNG BABY?
Grooming before fully vaccinated has the risk of falling sick as puppy should get their 3 vaccines done, then only they have their complete immune system. It would be better if you could wait until all the 3 jabs done.
LATE?
We close at 7pm. Late charges of RM30 will be applied for late pickup between 7:10pm - 7:30pm. No pickup later than 7:30pm and will follow the pet hotel policy for pickup the second day.

Dandanan Anjing
Kami menyediakan perkhidmatan dandanan haiwan peliharaan profesional, yang dilakukan oleh pendandan haiwan peliharaan kami yang diperakui.
DANDANAN ASAS:
Termasuk memandikan dan mengeringkan, memotong kuku, mencabut rambut telinga, membersihkan telinga, mencukur rambut di kaki dan tangan, kawasan dubur dan perut, memotong rambut di mata dan kaki, pembersihan kelenjar dubur.
DANDANAN PENUH:
Termasuk semua perkhidmatan dalam Dandanan Asas, serta gunting rambut/menggayakan rambut badan.
RAWATAN SPA:
Rakan berbulu kita juga berhak mendapatkan rawatan spa. Rawatan spa gelembung mikro kami menggunakan mesin spa untuk membuat gelembung dengan diameter kurang dari 50 mikron.
