First bath spa after she arrived from Melbourne. They make sure your fur baby is calm while have the bath , they send videos and pictures , making sure she’s okay. Very pleased with Tiger's first grooming, esp that he has never taken one before. Was worried that he might be stressed and be scratchy but apparently he was well behaved n the handler didn't have any fuss about him. Tiger by nature is a gentle big boy.. They took time to rewash/redry him cos he poo poo after all d grooming was done n they also cleaned & disinfected his voyager.. Staff were all so sweet in very informative. Definitely will repeat his grooming.Well done 88Pets.

For first time cat grooming, they handled the cats well and both were even calm enough to wear the gears and pose for photo! Chuan has been with us since 2020, and we’ve had the joy of caring for his two furkids — DJ the dog and Piano the cat. Their personalities couldn’t be more different, but that’s what makes them so adorable! Big brother DJ is full of energy — the moment he arrives, he runs straight upstairs to the Playzone like it’s his second home everytime. While little brother Piano is a bit more reserved. At first, he needs some coaxing to come out of his carrier, but once he warms up, he’ll nudge for cuddles and even ask for massages.
The one thing they have in common? Neither of them wants to check out! 😂
And DJ, with his playful spirit, has definitely become one of our little stars — always dashing over with a ball in his mouth, ready for fun! 🎉
CAT ANESTHESIA FREE DENTAL SCALING
Dental disease is very common in both young and old cats. Up to 70% of all cats suffer some level of dental disease by age 3. The common forms of the dental problem are preventable with our cat anesthesia free dental scaling, to scrap the surface of the tooth with dental instruments to remove the plaque and tartar without anesthesia.
FLEA, MITE, LICE?
We do not accept pets with tick/ flea/ mite/ lice for grooming. We can do a checking for you to see if they have the problem and treatment advice will be given. Once get rid of it, then only we will proceed to the grooming in future, as it can be easily passed to other's pets. Please let us know frankly when sending your furkid for grooming. If tick is found on pet's body after proceed to groom, penalty will be charged to disinfect our environment.
AGGRESSIVE?
RM30 handling fee will be charged on aggressive cat as it take longer time to perform the session. We'll stop grooming if the pet is beyond our control to prevent any risk of injury to the cat or our team.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
De-matting/ de-shedding fee of RM10 - RM50 will be imposed if in bad condition.
SENSITIVE SKIN?
Please let us know if your pet has sensitive skin, if medicated shampoo is required. Shaving on paws, stomach, and buttock area will be adjusted if required to prevent the trigger of sensitive reaction.
YOUNG BABY?
Grooming before fully vaccinated has the risk of falling sick as puppy should get their 3 vaccines done, then only they have their complete immune system. It would be better if you could wait until all the 3 jabs done.
LATE?
We close at 7pm. Late charges of RM30 will be applied for late pickup between 7:10pm - 7:30pm. No pickup later than 7:30pm and will follow the pet hotel policy for pickup the second day.
