I was initially searching for pet stores near me, I had just adopted a kitten and was stocking up on the essentials. I came across 88 Pets Mart and visited... I instantly fell in love with the atmosphere and it was homely. The staff were very friendly and I knew they genuinely loved pets. Although I didn't happen to purchase anything on my first visit, I came across their other services - boarding and grooming. I knew I'd eventually need to send my fur baby for either the usual grooming or boarding when I'm travelling. A couple months went by, and the time came... I was travelling and I knew instantly where to go. I was excited more than being nervous (maybe just a bit for Miilo), I felt like I was sending my child to daycare. I love that they use the food we bring, and the litter we purchase alongside their comfortable bed and toys to make them feel like home. Since I booked the large room, I loved that I was able to view him at any point of time during the day through the Live Camera to just check on him and feel a little bit closer. The daily updates, with pictures and videos just made it even better! He was already feeling like home... and I think didn't want to come back. I knew he was happy, and I knew he was safe. Everything felt seamless and every time there was a question, it was instantly answered. Everything was clean and organised, it's just perfect! I instantly recommended this to my mom and know we have both our fur babies, Iris and Miilo visiting frequently for grooming. They smell amazing, and the trims are done so professionally. I will continue sending them here, no matter which part of KL/Selangor I am in! My cats had a good time at the cat hotel, they didnt show any signs of distress. The staffs were professional and send daily updates to me. My cat tiger & tux usually always scared and anxious around people but they so manja with the staffs, so good job 👍🏻👍🏻

I have sent my cat, Marco, for boarding several times over the last few years at 88 Pets Mart . The staff here always polite and friendly too.
Especially needed to mention here that I was very grateful and impressed with the extra care given to my cat when he fell ill during his last 4 weeks of boarding here when I was away overseas. Thank you to the staff and team for going the extra mile in giving him medication and monitoring his conditions including sending him to the veterinary doctor when his conditions regressed. Definitely Marco knew he was in good care.

My family’s first time service here was the pet boarding and they provided us daily surveillance to see how our cat is during his boarding time. Aside from that we did also tried their grooming service and I enjoy the fact they have these photoshoots for our beloved pets🥰 I love the staff there as they extend a warm and welcoming service to us and made sure we get our slot upon booking in advance🙏🏻✨ Highly recommended!

My baby Milky is a loyal customer here, for grooming and boarding service, she’s so happy and comfortable being there and love the way all the staff take care of her. The groomer is very good also to handle milky since she hates water but the groomer did an awesome job with her. Everything is good there and I’m so confident that my baby was in a good hands.
