do i need to clean the water everytime? it's the first time i plan to have an aquarium, how do i go about of i buy this?

You should change around 50% of the water weekly. Be sure not to over stock the fishes. 2-3cm fish per liter

Is this tank include filter?

Yes it's including a side filter and an under gravel plate
