My Pomeranian dog named Tin Tin normally will reject any stranger when he is being touched but in 88 Pets Mart, he shows very comfortable once he is check in. He knows once comes Saturday that he will be pampered by those Jie Jie and Koko. Tin Tin back leg is stronger after swimming. Skin improved after spa.

We have been sending our puppies to 88 Pets Mart for their services like grooming, spa and swimming including boarding several times. Their staffs are polite and friendly always update via Watsapp messages. They shared videos and voice record messages explaining puppies status. Especially when our puppies boarding they updated us daily. These give us a peace of mind that our puppies are well taken care of.👍🏻
After every grooming, Brownie's fur become so soft and smell really nice. I love their basic and full scissors grooming, as well as Spa. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Can see they pay attention to details. Tq Suki, Teng, Peter & the grooming team.
Also, Brownie has joint pain on and off, I have sent him for swimming and I notice improvement. Special thanks to Min who is really caring and taking care of Brownie while he is in the pool. 😄

Lucas first discovered 88 Pets Mart when his office was just around the corner from our store. He would often drop by to pick up essentials for his beloved dogs, and over time, this turned into a lasting relationship. Now, he brings his furkids Bom Bom & Ben Ben to us regularly for their weekly grooming sessions.
We still remember when little Ben Ben first came — he had a serious skin condition since birth. With the doctor’s treatment, along with our spa and grooming care, his coat has improved so much. Today, he’s fluffy, healthy, and absolutely adorable! Both Bom Bom & Ben Ben are always full of energy whenever they visit, running around happily as if this were their second home. We’ve had the joy of caring for Luffy, ever since he was a playful puppy. Luffy has grown from just a playful pup into a true super E-dog — always full of energy, excitement, and joy whenever he visits 88 Pets Mart. His mom Cheryl often jokes that our Director Nicole is practically Luffy’s godmom, and she always shares how much they love and trust us with his care. To us, that’s the best compliment of all.
DOG ANESTHESIA FREE DENTAL SCALING
Up to 80% of all dogs have some level of dental disease by age 2. The common problems are bad breath and visible plaque. "Non-anesthesia dental scaling" consists of scraping the surface of the tooth with dental instruments to remove the plaque and tartar without anesthesia.
PET MASSAGE
Pet massage promotes blood circulation throughout the body and increases the positive hormones endorphins to encourage relaxation. This can reduce the feelings of anxiety and nervousness of grooming.
FLEA, MITE, LICE?
We do not accept pets with tick/ flea/ mite/ lice for grooming. We can do a checking for you to see if they have the problem and treatment advice will be given. Once get rid of it, then only we will proceed to the grooming in future, as it can be easily passed to other's pets. Please let us know frankly when sending your furkid for grooming. If tick is found on pet's body after proceed to groom, penalty will be charged to disinfect our environment.
AGGRESSIVE?
Aggressive dog above 10kg is not accepted.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
De-matting/ de-shedding fee of RM10 - RM50 will be imposed if in bad condition.
SENSITIVE SKIN?
Please let us know if your pet has sensitive skin, if medicated shampoo is required. Shaving on paws, stomach, and buttock area will be adjusted if required to prevent the trigger of sensitive reaction.
YOUNG BABY?
Grooming before fully vaccinated has the risk of falling sick as puppy should get their 3 vaccines done, then only they have their complete immune system. It would be better if you could wait until all the 3 jabs done.
LATE?
We close at 7pm. Late charges of RM30 will be applied for late pickup between 7:10pm - 7:30pm. No pickup later than 7:30pm and will follow the pet hotel policy for pickup the second day.
